The Goddard School® in Urbana, MD is seeking a passionate Preschool Lead Teacher. We prioritize our teachers because they prioritize our students. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Foster a love of learning through creative teaching methods.
- Manage a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress.
- Ensure health and safety standards in the classroom.
- Participate in professional development and collaborate with staff.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- CDA credential preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred.

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
