The Goddard School® in Urbana, Maryland, is looking for a dedicated and nurturing Resource Teacher to join our team!

We prioritize our teachers because they prioritize our students. As a Resource Teacher, you will work with Lead and Assistant Teachers to implement engaging educational programs, provide classroom support, and adapt to the needs of our school community.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate on lesson plans and activities.
- Provide flexible classroom support for a high-quality educational experience.
- Organize classroom materials and learning centers.
- Supervise and engage with children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Communicate with families about children's progress.
- Maintain clean classrooms and adhere to health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma required.
- Empathy and compassion for young children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with staff, children, and families.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and pass state background checks.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
